Installation Steps

PRE-SCREENING

We will contact you to learn more about your solar goals and answer any questions you have about the process. We’ll request some basic information: type of your roof (composite, tile, stone, metal, etc), your address, and a copy of your most recent electric bill.

SITE ASSESSMENT AND EVALUATION

We’ll survey your property’s sun exposure via satellite imagery. This will give us an indication of whether or not you are located in an ideal solar generating site. If so, we will schedule a meeting with you to assess the financial viability of an investment in solar. We’ll go over the details of a proposed energy system based on your energy needs.

FINANCING AND PAYMENT

We’ll walk you through the current tax credits and incentives available to you within your locale

INSTALLATION AND INSPECTION

The average residential install takes two to three days. We will need to access the electrical panel in your home throughout the process. Our goal is to be as non-invasive as possible. We’ll work with you to plan the date of install. Two weeks before your installation begins, we’ll get in touch with you to confirm your availability.

Upon your system passing inspection, your utility provider will install their production meter. Approximately 7-10 business days.

FINALIZATION

We’ll show you how your system works, how to read your inverter, and how to care for your investment.
